Getting your pilots license is a rewarding adventure that takes time, patience and of course money. When deciding to start your aviation journey, most people look at the cost first. Taking an online ground school course can help prepare you for the FAA written test while saving you a ton of money! I recommend this over taking the ground school classes at a flight school. If you talk to a flight school and they insist on their ground training, you’ll pay a much greater price for basically the same information. If cost is a big factor for you, then you may want to look for other options. Below are my recommended courses provided by Pilot Institute.
